摘要： PURPOSE: A digital X-ray detector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily control a back gate effect by forming a mush room structure. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate lines(GL) including a gate electrode are formed on a substrate. A plurality of data lines(DL) defining a plurality of pixel regions are formed on a gate insulation layer. A plurality of common electrode lines are parallel to each data line on the gate insulation layer. A thin film transistor(42) comprises the gate insulation layer, an active layer(50), an ohmic contact layer, and source/drain electrodes(52a,52b). A first protection layer covers the upper side of the substrate with a thin film transistor.

摘要： A method for monitoring a stitch is provided to improve accuracy of a stitch measurement value and acquire the objectivity by forming measuring patterns in an area with real effective patterns and measuring the measuring patterns using a measuring device instead of eyes. A method for monitoring a stitch comprises the following steps of: forming a first measuring pattern of vertical bar type and a second measuring pattern of horizontal bar type in a first shot; dividing the first measuring pattern and the second measuring pattern into vertical areas and horizontal areas respectively by forming a pattern for selectively exposing a center point according to a length direction of the first and second measuring patterns; and measuring mismatching of the first shot and second shot by measuring and comparing each length of the divided vertical areas and horizontal areas.
