The wastewater treatment apparatus for reusing water of a manhole-cleaning truck comprises: a sludge tank(10) of which an interior part is maintained to a vacuum state by a vacuum suction equipment to suck in wastewater through wastewater suction hoses(11a,11b); a first filtration filter(20) installed within the sludge tank as a partition wall to primarily filter the sucked wastewater; a second filtration filter(30) for secondly filtering wastewater filtered by the first filtration filter; a first water-raising pump(40) for pumping wastewater filtered by the second filtration filter to the outside of the sludge tank; a filter tank(50) for filtering wastewater pumped by the first water-raising pump into recyclable cleaning water using a fiber filter device(60); a second water-raising pump(70) for generating treated water-sucking force in the fiber filter device to filter sludge through a fiber filter and to pump filtered cleaning water; and a cleaning water tank(80) for spraying cleaning water at a high pressure through a high pressure spray to perform cleaning operation, and receiving the cleaning water pumped by the second water-raising pump as recycled water.

The signal measurement unit(100) measures an input signal of a force sensor and an output signal of an acceleration/a sound sensor. The filter(200) amplifies an input/output signal from the signal measurement unit(100) and passes the input/output signal through a low pass filter. The converter(300) converts the filter input/output signal in a time domain into a signal in a frequency domain. The operation unit(400) calculates peculiar frequencies of the converted input/output signal filtered by the filter.
