摘要： PURPOSE: A method and device for preparing a hot drink is provided to prepare the hot drink by brewing granular materials efficiently extracted by water. CONSTITUTION: In a method and device for preparing a hot drink, granular materials contained in an extracting chamber(4) are extracted with water at a temperature exceeding the normal boiling point of water, preferably, a temperature of 110 deg.C to 130 deg.C, however, still in a fluid state. The extracted drink is cooled to a temperature lower than the boiling point of the ordinary water before the extracted drink flows to a drink outlet(11) and accordingly the materials are more efficiently extracted. A heat exchanger(3) is desirably used to cool the extracted drink. In the heat exchanger, water for extraction before heating is allowed to flow for cooling the drink.
