摘要： PURPOSE: A stamping device is provided to prevent the unintended exposure of a stamping surface of a rotator when not in operation because a cover member covers the open side of the stamping surface unless the rotator is extruded. CONSTITUTION: A stamping device comprises a rotator(200) formed with a stamping surface, a case(114) which has an opening through which at least a part of the stamping surface passes and receives the rotator, a supporting part which allows the rotator to around a shaft(202) and supports a part of the stamping surface to face the opening, a cover member(210) which is supported by the supporting part to rotate independent of the rotator and covers the part of the stamping surface facing the opening, an extruding part which extrudes the rotator together with the supporting part so that at least a part of the stamping surface protrudes from the opening, and an elastic member(117) which biases the extruding part on the opposite side to the opening.
