    • PURPOSE: A door hinge is provided to make a door closed stably by using the torsional force of a torsion spring by additionally installing a torsion spring in a door hinge in which a compression spring is installed. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge is composed of a shaft(22), a torsion spring(34), a piston(36), and a compression spring(40). The shaft is rotated by the closed motion of a door. The shaft has a coupler(23) which is rotatably installed in a door frame in the front end. The shaft is integrally formed with a sleeve(24) in the outer circumference. The torsion spring is fitted on the external diameter of the shaft, in which one end of the torsion spring is hanged at an end projection(28) and the other end of the torsion spring is inserted in a groove of the piston. The piston is fitted to a rod and is contacted to the end of the shaft. The piston is slid to the rear direction by the rotary motion of the shaft. One end of the compression spring is contacted to the piston. The end of the compression spring is contacted to a partition of a housing(10). The compression spring generates the compressive force by the pressurizing of the piston.

    • The present invention relates to a door hinge including: a shaft coupled to a door frame; and a rotary drum inserted with the shaft, coupled to a door installed to be able to opened or closed on the door frame, and rotating depending on the opening and closing of the door, wherein the door hinge further includes a damper unit comprising: a firs and a second partition formed to protrude from the inner circumferential surface of the rotary drum, facing each other, and partitioning the inner space of the rotary drum into a first and a second chamber which are capable of being filled with viscous fluid; a rod formed to be extended from the other end of the shaft inserted into the rotary drum and fixed to be fit between the first and the second partition; a first plate formed to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the rod and having one hole formed to penetrate the center thereof; a second plate having a flow path between the same and the first plate, formed to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the rod, and having two holes formed to penetrate both sides thereof; and a rotor fit between the first and the second plate, having rotor holes which respectively correspond to the holes of the second plate and are formed to penetrate both sides thereof, adhering to the inner surface of the first plate by the pressure of the viscous fluid which flows into the holes of the second plate and the rotor holes depending on the rotation of the rotary drum, and allowing the door to be gradually closed by interrupting the inflow of the viscous fluid.

    • A method for manufacturing a control panel for a washing machine is provided to prevent an operation button and a display from moving on a circuit board without forming a reinforcing frame on the bottom of the control panel. A method for manufacturing a control panel(10) for a washing machine comprises the steps of: injection-molding the control panel to allow plural containing grooves to be recessed on the upper surface of the control panel; punching the containing grooves of the control panel to form holes(14a,14b); attaching an operation button(18) and a display(20) on a circuit board(16); and attaching the circuit board to the bottom of the control panel and assembling the operation button and the display to the holes of the control panel.
