摘要： An automatic stamp device and method are provided to improve the marking performance by automatically performing injection, marking, and discharge steps for a product and transferring the product to a predetermined marking position by using a sensor unit. An automatic stamp device where a product is injected and discharged by a crane includes a jig(15) mounted with the product and moving forwardly and backwardly along a second guide rail; an ink storage unit(16) fixed at one side to store ink; a plate(17) periodically moving up and down at the ink surface stored in the ink storage unit; a plate operating unit(18) operating the plate; a washing unit(19) periodically moving to left and right sides to sweep the upper surface of the plate dipped/raised from the ink; a washing operating unit(20) operating the washing unit; a marking unit(21) whose lower end is attached with a rubber seal; a marking transfer unit(22) transferring the marking unit to upward/downward and left/right directions for the marking at the predetermined position of the product; a center support unit(23) supporting the center of the product mounted on the jig; and a center support operating unit(24) upwardly and downwardly operating the center support unit; a sensor unit(25) sensing a groove formed at the product; and a PLC controlling the plate, washing, and center support operating units and controlling the marking transfer unit to receive the signal of the sensor unit and to prevent the marking at the groove.
