    • PURPOSE: A low power power-on-reset circuit is provided to supply a power-on-reset signal by being operated in low power. CONSTITUTION: A power-on-reset circuit(100) includes a first voltage detecting circuit and a second voltage detecting circuit(120). The power-on-reset circuit is connected to a target circuit(140) for operation. The power-on-reset circuit and the target circuit receive power from a supply power source(150). The power-on-reset circuit is formed to activate a power-on-reset signal(20). The power-on-reset circuit is formed to deactivate the power-on-reset signal while a power supply voltage generated through the supply power source arrives at a desired level.

The first detected-charge amplifier is connected to the inspecting object and provides first sensing information in respect to the first movement of the MEMS device. The first programmable amplifier receives the vibrating motion information and provides amplified vibrating motion information. The first adder removes quadrature errors of the first sensing information by using the first sensing information and the amplified vibrating motion information. The phase shifter receives the vibrating motion information and provides carrier information. The first multiplier provides first demodulated sensing information by using the quadrature-corrected first sensing information and the carrier information.
