    • In a multiple room-type air conditioner where a room is not in a heating mode and other rooms are in a heating mode, cooling operation memory means of an indoor unit of the room memorizes execution of cooling operation, and when indoor tube temperature of the indoor unit is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, a blower is operated and blower operation time is counted and integrated. Further, when indoor tube temperature is equal to or lower than the predetermined temperature, the blower is stopped and blower operation time is excluded from integration time, and only time period in which the blower is operated is counted and integrated as blower operation time. When the integrated time is equal to or more than predetermined time, control is brought to stop, so that the blower is operated only for predetermined time. Dropping of condensation water from an indoor unit whose operation is stopped is prevented without soiling comfort in a room where air conditioner is in operation and in a room where the operation is stopped.
