    • PURPOSE: A fuel system valve assembly obtains increased stability at a low volumetric flux and rarely generates noise and vibration at a volumetric flux. CONSTITUTION: A fuel system valve assembly includes a housing unit (38), a spring (40), and a body (44). The housing unit includes a fuel passage which is partially set bounds with fuel passage walls. The fuel passage wall includes a sheet and a cylindrical region of a predetermined diameter which is arranged on the downstream of the sheet. The body is received inside the housing unit and elastically pressed to a closing position by the spring. When the body is at the closing position, the body is in contact with the sheet, and the cylindrical region has a diameter proper to a linear dimension larger than 1.0 mm.

    • PURPOSE: A liquid pump actuated by an electric motor and a brush for the electric motor are provided to better control the position of the brush and regularly maintain various pumps in a production line and respective pumps in different production lines. CONSTITUTION: A liquid pump actuated by an electric motor and a brush for the electric motor comprises a pump actuating element, the electric motor(44), and a brush housing. The electric motor is coupled to the pump actuating element in order to rotate the pump actuating element. The electric motor is equipped with a commutator; a brush coupled to the commutator in order to supply electricity to the commutator; and at least one pressurizing member which elastically pressurizes the brush to be coupled to the commutator. The brush housing forms a brush cavity(36) in which the brush is housed. The brush is equipped with a first surface coupled to the commutator and a second surface separated from the first surface. The second surface is pressurized by at least one pressurizing member and inclined to the first surface at an acute angle. One brush cavity is provided for each brush. A gap between one portion of the brush and the brush cavity corresponding to the brush exists since the brush cavity is bigger than the brush. The pressurizing member pressurizes the inclined second surface so that the brush is placed at one side of the brush cavity.

    • PURPOSE: An improved impeller and a fluid pump are provided to accurately control a thickness of an axial direction of a component and to produce a final product having a strictly controlled allowance by reducing or eliminating partial allowances or changes of a component. CONSTITUTION: A fluid pump(10) comprises an electrical motor(14) and a pump assembly. The motor comprises an output shaft(18) rotating around a shaft. The pump assembly is joined to the output shaft of the electrical motor. The pump assembly comprises a first cap(28) and a second cap(26). One or more pumping channels are formed in between the first and second caps. An impeller(22) is formed in between the first and second gaps. The impeller is rotated by the output shaft of the electrical motor and comprises a plurality of vanes being connected to the one or more pumping channels. The vanes comprise a root segment and a tip segment.
