    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heat conduction pad is provided to improve the property of the heat conduction pad through mixed use and dispersive input of heat conduction powder. CONSTITUTION: An expanded graphite dispersed solution is manufactured by dispersing ultrasonic waves(S1). First slurry is manufactured by mixing expanded graphite dispersed solution of 10-50wt% with a silicon group solution or an acrylic group solution of 100wt%(S2). Second slurry is manufactured by mixing first slurry of 10-30wt% with heat conduction powder of 70-90wt%(S3). A heat conduction pad which deforms the second slurry and molds it into a pad shape is manufacture(S4).
