摘要： A connector with a corrugated cable interface insert is provided to provide a sealed connector of simple structure and low cost and enable the connector to mount using only simple hand tools quickly and safely according to dimensions and material characteristics of specific use cables. A connector with a corrugated cable interface insert includes a main body(14), an insert(18), and an interface(12). The main body has a main body aperture with a maintaining shoulder. The insert has an outer conductor projection part which is projected to an internal part to be geared with an outer conductor of a corrugated type as insert of internal part of the main body aperture closely contacted to the maintaining shoulder. The interface has an outer conductor stop unit which is projected to an internal part.

摘要： A waveguide interface adapter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a process accuracy of injection-molding, die-casting, and metal forming schemes by removing an edge or a threading from a split ring and an overbody. A waveguide interface adapter includes a split ring(10) and an overbody. The split ring includes first and second semicircular portions(12,14) which are coupled with each other using a web portion. The overbody has a diameter for containing a waveguide. The first and second semicircular portions have inner surfaces(18) to match with an outer surface of the waveguide. The first and second semicircular portions are folded around an exterior of the waveguide along the web portion(16). A dimension of the interface is determined to contain the folded split ring therein. A shoulder is formed at an end portion of the interface.
