    • PURPOSE: A porous support is provided to improve adhesion with an ion conductor while improving hydrogen ion conductivity when applied to a reinforced composite film for a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A porous support (1) comprises nanofiber (2) on which a minute uneven part (3) is formed on the surface thereof. The nanofiber has the surface roughness of 5 micron or less. The porous support has a porosity of 50-90 %. A manufacturing method of the porous support comprises a step of manufacturing the nanofiber of a polymer precursor by electrospinning a composition for forming nanofiber, including a polymer precursor and a material for forming a minute uneven part; and a step of heat-treating the nanofiber of the manufactured polymer precursor at 350-500 °C.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nano filament is provided to have an excellent partition property of island-type components and elution of sea-type components as the sea-type components positioned outside as well as inside of the cross section of sea-island type composite fiber is completely eluted. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nano filament comprises (i) an organic acid pre-treatment process of processing a sea-island type composite fiber with a diameter less than 800 nm and a cross sectional structure in which island-type components are evenly dispersed and aligned in sea-type components; and (ii) a sea-type component elution process of processing the sea-island type composite fiber having processed with the organic acid pre-treatment process, with NaOH solution containing a permeating agent. The sea-type component elution process is conducted under the condition that the ultrasonic wave is radiated. The island-type components are one kind selected from polyester-based polymer, polyamide-based polymer and polyolefin-based polymer.
