摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a lightfast polyurethane clear lacquer comprising a binder mixture, which can be applied in a solvent-free manner and can form non-yellowing, post-polishable coatings of adequate hardness(Tg>70deg.C). CONSTITUTION: The lightfast polyurethane clear lacquer comprises a binder mixture containing (A) a polyisocyanate component with a viscosity at 23deg.C of 2,000-150,000 mPas, a NCO content of 14-23 wt% and a calculated mean NCO functionality greater than 2.8, comprising (A1) 40-80 wt% of at least one polyisocyanates based on hexamethylene diisocyanate and (A2) 20-60 wt% of at least one polyisocyanates based on cycloaliphatic diisocyanate; (B) a polyol component with a mean OH functionality below 3, a viscosity at 23deg.C of 5,000-150,000 mPas and a hydroxyl value of 400-700 mg KOH/g, comprising (B1) 50-80 wt% of at least one polyesterpolyol based on aromatic carboxylic acid and containing no ether groups and (B2) 20-50 wt% of at least one hydroxy-functional compounds which contain no ether groups and are different from the compounds in component (B1); and (C) optionally at least one catalysts.
