The magnetically cooperating material part is disposed on a base plate(4) carrying the motor, and the other part is disposed on a disc support(1) moved by a motor shaft(6). Magnetically cooperating material parts are arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation and are ring-shaped permanent magnets. The direction of the magnetic field line is not changed during rotation.
