    • PURPOSE: A digital radiographic imaging device and an operation method thereof are provided to secure an improved signal-noise ratio, spatial frequency, and/or modulation transfer function characteristics of an imaging device. CONSTITUTION: A digital radiographic imaging device comprises a first scintillator(122), a second scintillator, a first photosensitive element(120), and a second photosensitive element(140). The first scintillator is arranged on a first side of a substrate and has first scintillator characteristics. The second scintillator is arranged on a second side of the substrate facing the first scintillator and has second scintillator characteristics. The first photosensitive element receives light from the first scintillator and operates with the first scintillator characteristics. The second photosensitive element is arranged to receive light from the second scintillator and operates with the second scintillator characteristics.
