摘要： PURPOSE: An image forming device, a control method thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to properly control the preservation of processed jobs and to handle the preserved jobs by using setting and user information. CONSTITUTION: A job executing unit executes a job related to image formation. If a user authentication function and a re-execution function are set to be effective, a determining unit determines that the re-execution function is possible to be executed(S403). If the user authentication function is set to be ineffective, the determining unit determines that the re-execution function is impossible to be executed(S404). If the execution of the re-execution function is determined, a preserving unit preserves job information about the executed job in the image forming device.
