摘要： The present invention relates to a method for guiding a dispensing line (18) through a dispensing line channel (7) in an assembly (1) for dispensing beverage, said dispensing line channel (7) having a first end (20) in a tower (10) and a second end (8) arranged in connection with a cooling chamber (2), said cooling chamber (2) comprising a pressure chamber (4) having a lid (5) with an opening (19) for said dispensing line (18), said pressure chamber (4) further being adapted during operation to accommodate a beverage container (14). The method comprises the steps of:-opening the lid (5) of the pressure chamber (4),-aligning the opening (19) of the lid (5) with the opening (8) of the second end of the dispensing line channel (7), and-guiding a dispensing line (18) through the opening (19) of the lid (5) and the second end of the dispensing line channel (7), further through said channel (7) and out of said first end (20) of said channel (7) or the reverse direction. The invention further relates to an assembly (1) for dispensing beverage as well as use of a lid (5) of a pressure chamber (4) for guiding a dispensing line (18) from a beverage container (14) to a tower (10) or the reverse direction.

摘要： A method for dispensing a beverage from a collapsible container (2), in which a collapsible container (2) provided with a base unit (3) is mounted on a substantially flat base part (5) of a dispensing assembly (1) with the outlet (9) of the container facing downwards. A free end of a dispensing tube (10) is arranged at a closed dispensing tap (4) located outside the dispensing assembly (1), and a hollow piercer (11) connected to the dispensing tube is aligned with the outlet (9) of the collapsible container (2). A cover (6) is mounted on the base part (5) in a hermetically sealed manner to form a pressure chamber (8) between the collapsible container (2), the base unit (3), the base part and the cover. An increased pressure is provided in the pressure chamber (8), and the beverage is dispensed after the piercer has pierced the outlet of the container by opening the dispensing tap (4). A beverage dispensing assembly (1) and a container unit with a downwardly facing outlet adapted to such a dispensing assembly is also described.

摘要： The present invention relates to an assembly for dispensing a beverage. The assembly comprises a heat transfer system, said heat transfer system being adapted to provide cooling or heating to at least a pressure chamber; said pressure chamber being adapted during use to accommodate a beverage container, said beverage container being made of a collapsible material and a connecting element being arranged at an outlet of the beverage container; said pressure chamber comprises a wall and a lid defining the accommodation for the beverage container; said pressure chamber is furthermore provided with a pressure source, said pressure source being adapted to provide a predetermined pressure to the pressure chamber; and during use of the assembly a dispensing line is connected with an outlet of said beverage container and extends from the outlet through an opening in the lid of the pressure chamber to a dispensing tap. The dispensing of beverage is carried out by providing the predetermined pressure to the pressure chamber and as the dispensing line is being opened at the dispensing tap the pressure will apply a pressure to the exterior of the beverage container, which will start to collapse, whereby the beverage will be forced out of the beverage container into the dispensing line and out at the dispensing tap without said beverage per se being supplied with or in contact with any gas during the dispensing.
