摘要： 본 발명은 액비 제조 균주 공급이 가능한 탈취 시스템 및 이를 구비한 액비화 장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 탈취 시스템은 하부에 배출구가 형성되어 있는 탈취탑, 상기 탈취탑 외부에 연통 설치되어 미생물 균주를 배양하는 미생물 균주 배양조, 상기 탈취탑의 상단에 구비되어 일단에 형성된 유입구를 통해 악취를 포집하는 악취 포집 박스, 상기 악취 포집 박스 내에 장착되어 악취를 흡입하는 흡입 팬, 상기 흡입 팬 전단에 설치되어 음이온을 방출하고 상기 포집된 악취에 충돌시켜 안정화시키는 음이온 발생기, 상기 탈취탑 내 상부에 설치되어 상기 처리된 악취에 상기 미생물 균주액을 살포시켜 용해시키는 노즐, 및 상기 탈취탑 하부에 설치되어 용해된 악취를 미생물과 접촉시킴으로써 산화분해시켜 무취화시키는 바이오 필터를 포함하여 이루어진다. 상기 액비화 장치는 상기 탈취 시스템과 그 하부에 연통되어 일체화된 액비 제조 시스템을 포함한다. 본 발명의 액비화 장치는 종래의 악취 처리 기술에 비해 처리할 수 있는 악취의 범위가 넓고, 악취물질의 농도에 관계없이 적용가능하며 다양한 악취물질의 복합물 제거에 효율적이다. 본 발명의 액비화 장치는 액비화시 발생되는 악취를 저감시킬 뿐 아니라 액비 제조 및 처리에 유용한 미생물을 배양하여 연중 공급할 수 있어 액비화를 촉진할 수 있고 처리 비용을 절감할 수 있어 경제성이 확보된다.

摘要： An apparatus for preparing an amino acid by using the slaughter by-product, and a method for preparing an amino acid by using the slaughter by-product are provided to produce an amino acid of high quality, thereby preparing an amino acid organic fertilizer of high quality. An apparatus for preparing an amino acid by using the slaughter by-product comprises a reservoir(100) where the slaughter by-product and aerobic microorganism are injected into water and oxygen is supplied to remove the impurities and offensive odor of the slaughter by-product; a washing and dehydrating device(200); a metal detector(300) which detects the metal contained in the dehydrated slaughter by-product to remove it; a pulverizer(400) of high speed; a reactor(500) which treats the pulverized by-product by electrophoresis to generate an amino acid; a steam supply device(550) which supplies steam for heating the reactor; a neutralization tank(600) which neutralizes the generated amino acid; a maturation tank(700) which matures the neutralized amino acid; and an offensive odor removing tower(750) which collects the offensive odor during the low pressure degassing maturation to remove it.

摘要： Equipment for making liquid state fertilizer is provided to facilitate the activity of microorganism for decomposition of livestock excretion, to enhance the efficiency of removing stench and to obtain high-functional liquid state fertilizer by grinding suspended material in livestock excretion, degassing the dissolved stench and radiating UV to the degassed livestock excretion. Equipment for making liquid state fertilizer has: a motor(10) which delivers the rotation power; a lower transport tube(70) which makes inflow of the livestock excretion in a storage tank; a grinding and deaeration tube(60) which grinds the livestock excretion from the lower transport tube and deaerates the ground material in the air; and an upper support tube(50) on the upper part of the grinding and deaeration part. The grinding and deaeration tube has: a foreign substance crusher(620) which cuts the livestock excretion from the lower transport tube; a particle grinder(630) which grinds the excretion from the crusher; and a scattering and deaeration part(640) which discharges the ground livestock excretion. The lower transport tube has a driving shaft for the inside, which has a screw(21) at the lower part, and the livestock excretion in the storage tank is transported to the grinding and deaeration tube by the rotation of the screw. A horizontal support(30) is connected through an anchoring part for the support(12) below the motor. A motor anchoring part(11) is connected to the upper part of the anchoring part for the support, therefore the motor connected to the upper part of the motor anchoring part is combined with the horizontal support. The grinding and deaeration tube is equipped with a UV lamp part(40) on the upper side, and the lamp is supported by a UV lamp support(41) at the lower part on the side of the horizontal support. The lamp radiates UV light for the livestock excretion discharged from the grinding and deaeration tube. A perpendicular support(31) is combined with the upper support tube and the grinding and deaeration tube through an upper support anchoring part(51) and a grinding and deaeration tube anchoring part(61) at the lower part of the horizontal support. The grinding and deaeration tube is also combined with a lower part transport tube through an anchoring part for the lower part transport tube(63). The main body of the grinding and deaeration part has a combining part(62) for the upper grinding dearation tube and the lower grinding and deaeration tube, and the upper part of the grinding and deaeration part has a support plate(64). The grinding and deaeration part also has a transport plate(610) together with the foreign substance crusher and the particle grinder inside. The lower part transport tube has a lower part plate(72) consisting of disc at the lower part.

CONSTITUTION: A method for selecting Hanwoo with high unsaturated fatty acid content comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA sample from a Hanwoo; a step of amplifying PCR of a genetic marker of sequence number 1 containing SNP at 21th base using a primer; a step of cleaving a PCR product with restriction enzyme; a step of performing electrophoresis to identify fragment number and size; and a step of detecting genotype of 21th base. The primer is a primer of sequence numbers 3 and 4. The restriction enzyme is Rsal.
