    • PURPOSE: A room temperature recycling asphalt composition using zero cement binding material is provided to prevent collapse in relatively low stiffness, to be produced at room temperature by not using expensive activator and to prevent degradation of quality and performance caused by CO2 generation, oxidation and heating deterioration of asphalt. CONSTITUTION: A room temperature recycling asphalt composition for a basic layer contains ground granulated blast-furnace slag 20-90 weight% about 100 parts by weight of wasted ascon recycling aggregate produced by crushing the collected wasted ascon, high calcium fly ash 1-65 weight%, calcium sulfate 0.1-15 weight%, as a byproduct in refining progress, quicklime 0.1-20 weight%, and calcium hydroxide 0.1-20 weight%, zero cement binding material 1-5 parts by weight including superplasticizing air entrainning agent powder 0.001-5 weight%, one or more mixture selected from the asphalt emulsion or the modified asphalt emulsion 1-3 parts by weight and compound solution consisting of the water and latexometer SBR polymer or acryl group resin polymer 1-5 parts by weight.

    • PURPOSE: A grout composition for semi-rigid pavement is provided to have high-fluidity, high endurance and improved filling ability by including sulfur polymer emulsion from sulfur monomer generated in refining progress of stock. CONSTITUTION: A grout composition for semi-rigid pavement comprises 10-30 parts by weight of resin components and 15-35 parts by weight of mixing solution based on 100 parts by weight of binding material components. The resin component comprises 10-45 wt% of sulfur polymer emulsion and 55-90 wt% of acrylic copolymer. The sulfur polymer emersion is polymerized from sulfur monomer generated in a refining progress of stock. The acrylic copolymer has the viscosity of 330-400cps and the density of 0.98-1.0g/cm^3. A manufacturing method of the sulfur polymer emulsion comprises the following steps: performing primary liquid phase polymerization by adding first modifier to the sulfur monomer generated in an oil refinery; performing secondary liquid phase polymerization by adding second modifier to the sulfur monomer polymer which is primarily polymerized; and adding surfactant to perform emulsion polymerization. The first modifier is selected from a cyclopentadiene group and the second modifier is selected from olefin based hydrocarbon.
