    • PURPOSE: A cognitive information processing platform for cognition unaffected by environmental vibration is provided to implement a first pattern cognition using image information, and to implement a second pattern cognition using an audio signal, a tactile signal, and a bio-signal, thereby preventing an affect from environmental variation. CONSTITUTION: A cognitive information processing platform for cognition unaffected by environmental vibration includes an input interface (110), a cognitive information processor (130), an additional storage device (120), and a database (140). An image signal, an audio signal, a tactile signal, and a bio-signal are used for pattern cognition, and are extracted by an extra device. Data for the signals is transmitted to the platform through the input interface. The data, which is transmitted to each port, moves to mutually different integrated circuits (IC) through a moving path. Image information moves to the cognitive information processor, is stored in a memory, and is utilized for a first pattern cognition in the cognitive information processor. The audio signal, the tactile signal, and the bio-signal are stored in the additional storage device, and are replaced with new data when the cognitive information processor requires information within a certain time. When transmitting a request signal to the additional storage device, and receiving cognitive information such as the audio signal, the tactile signal, and the bio-signal from the additional storage device, the cognitive information processor implements a second pattern cognition complementing a match between the image data with a certain object using the data for the audio signal, the tactile signal, and the bio-signal.
