    • 본발명은지유래점착성이물질측정방법및 통합형측정기기에관한것으로서, 상기측정방법은고지지료내의조대입자를제거하는이물질제거단계; 이물질이제거된고지지료를회전교반함으로써상기고지지료내의섬유분을제외한백수를분리하여, 콜로이드상의점착성이물질이포함된상기백수를배출하는섬유분분급단계; 섬유분이제거된백수에서비중차이를이용한원심력으로지료용수와미세분및 무기충전제로분리하는분리단계; 상기지료용수는필터를적용하여점착성이물질을걸러서정량분석하는용수정량분석단계; 및상기각 단계별로분리된섬유분, 미세분및 무기충전제를건조시키고용매를적용하여, 각단계에존재하는점착성이물질의양을추출하고정량분석하는분리분정량분석단계를포함하며, 상기통합형측정기기는상부통구동모터에의해내부에서앵커패들이회전하는홀 스크린이설치된상부통과원통구동모터에의해회전하는원통형회전체및 상기상부통등을지지하는지지대로구성되어, 섬유에부착된점착성이물질, 콜로이드형태의점착성이물질, 미세분에부착된점착성이물질의양을각각정량적으로평가하고, 각각의특성및 영향성을평가함으로써, 재활용고지의활용에있어서고지유래점착성이물질의관리및 조절의최적화를위한방법을제공하는효과가있다.

    • The present invention relates to a technique of producing anhydrous gypsum by recycling phosphogypsum which is an industrial byproduct generated from a process of phosphatic fertilizer production, and using the anhydrous gypsum as paper filler, more specifically to paper filler produced by heat processing the anhydrous gypsum at 500-1,200°C for 1-3 hours for increasing whiteness degrees. The paper filler by the present invention can replace talc, and paper containing the paper filler has similar whiteness degrees, improved opacity, and improved physical properties compare to paper produced by adding talc.
