    • PURPOSE: Provided are sheet for preventing permeation of moisture, which is excellent in dampproofing function, and a method for preventing dew condensation of concrete building using the sheet. CONSTITUTION: The sheet consists of a polyester based film as substrate, polyethylene laminated to either side or both side of the polyester based film, and a polyester based nonwoven attached to either side or both sides of the polyester based film. The method comprises the steps of (i) applying waterproofing primer on surface of concrete or mortar(which is non-waterproofing layer) to form a waterproofing layer; (ii) attaching the sheet on surface of the non-waterproofing layer having the formed waterproofing layer, to form a dampproofing layer; and (iii) applying adiabatic paint on surface of the sheet to form an adiabatic layer.

    • PURPOSE: An acryl emulsion polymer and a membrane material using the same are provided to impart excellent adhesion, absorption, water resistance, and water dispersibility to building concrete or mortar surface.
