摘要： PURPOSE: A device and a method for automatically connecting to the Internet using an IC card is provided to enable a user to connect to an Internet web site automatically by storing information related to a computer user and an Internet web site address to be received to a user in an IC card, thereby only inserting the IC card in a computer and to check a user by transmitting an ID and password to the web site automatically.
