    • A method of manufacturing Korean paper loess plate member of rectangle structure is provided to have buffering property, heat insulation property, hygroscopic property, breathable property and to promote circulation of blood and metabolism of human body. A method of manufacturing Korean paper loess plate member of rectangle structure comprises steps of: mixing evenly powder 20~40 parts by weight selected from yellow soil 40~70 parts by weight and enterolith or biotite, binder property fixing agent component 5~15 parts by weight, and the powder 0.1~5 parts by weight selected between the Ginkgonis folium, germanium, tourmaline, pine needles using a mixer and injecting natural dock pulp spongy liquid of 5~15 wt% of a mixture amount and being mixed with the mixture; setting up dehydration non-woven in top and bottom sides of dough obtained from the first step, compressing it by a press, utterly removing bubble included within the dough and pressing a surface using oil-hydraulic press; and naturally drying and aging the compressed substance in the curing room for 10~20 days.

    • Provided is a method for manufacturing a loess floor material using feldspar, white cement, and pulp, wherein the loess plate shields harmful waves, reduces noises, releases far infrared rays to save heating costs, and is used as an environment-friendly building material. The method for manufacturing a loess floor material using feldspar, white cement, and pulp comprises the steps of: mixing 50-80 parts by weight of loess, 10-30 parts by weight of feldspar ore(diameter: 1-5mm), 10-20 parts by weight of white cement(fine powder), and 0.001-1 parts by weight of pulp in a mixer; adding water in an amount of 5-15wt% of the mixture to knead the mixture with water; and putting the kneaded material into a pug mill to remove air bubbles from the kneaded material, and then pressing the kneaded material into a loess plate with desired size; attaching a soundproof plate to one surface of the loess plate to be compressed by a hydraulic press; and naturally drying the compressed material in a curing room of 20-30 deg.C for 15-24 hours.
