    • PURPOSE: A carbon-containing amorphous refractory composition is provided, to reduce the amount of water needed in mixing and to improve the spoiling-resistance. CONSTITUTION: A composition comprises 30-68 wt% of magnesia clinker; 20-50 wt% of spinel clinker consisting of 25-35 wt% of MgO and 64-74 wt% of Al2O3; 5-10 wt% of ultra-fine alumina whose size is less than 2 micrometers; 3-7 wt% of artificial graphite powder; 1-2 wt% of alumina cement; 1-3 wt% of ultra-fine silica; and 0.05-0.15 wt% of phosphate. Also the composition comprises 26-66 wt% of magnesia clinker; 20-50 wt% of spinel clinker consisting of 25-35 wt% of MgO and 64-74 wt% of Al2O3; 5-10 wt% of ultra-fine alumina whose size is less than 2 micrometer; 2-4 wt% of SiC powder; 3-7 wt% of artificial graphite powder; 1-2 wt% of alumina cement; 1-3 wt% of ultra-fine silica; and 0.05-0.15 wt% of phosphate.

      본 고안은 래들내를 보수하는 경우에 사용되는 래들 받침대에 있어서, 일정 크기의 베이스; 상기 베이스의 상부에 장착되고, 로드가 상부측으로 향하여 배치되며, 전,후에 각각 쌍을 이루어 배치되는 다수개의 유압실린더; 상기 쌍을 이루는 복수개의 유압실린더의 로드에 각각 장착되는 복수개의 승강블록을 갖추고, 상기 각각의 승강블록의 상부에서 회전가능한 복수개의 롤러를 구비한 회전기구; 상기 승강블록의 일측으로 돌출한 지지대 상에서 상기 승강블록상의 롤러중의 어느 하나를 회전시키는 구동모터를 갖추고, 상기 구동모터의 작동으로 롤러들을 회전시켜 상기 롤러의 상부에 놓여지는 래들을 회전시키는 구동기구; 및, 상기 쌍을 이루는 유압 실린더들을 동작시키는 유압 펌프; 등을 구비한 래들 받침대를 제공한다.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for covering metal powder is provided, which reduces a fuel cost for melting pitch and resins, decreases environmental pollution, simplifies the process without a separate pulverizing process of the covered metal powder, and easily stores and discharges the metal powder since it is formed in a spherical particle form. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for covering metal powder comprises a hollow cylindrical outer container(10); an inner container(20) installed at the inner side of the outer container, wherein pitch, resins and metallic powder are charged into the inner container, and the pitch and resins are melted by the heating source gas by forming a flue(25) between the inner container and the outer container; an agitator(30) mixing the pitch, resins and metallic powder inside the inner container by having an impeller(32) placed at the inner side of the inner container; a gas collecting pipe(40) equipped with an ejecting gas collecting port(43) installed adjacently to a covered metallic powder outlet(16), a gas exhausting port on the upper part of the inner container and a gas guiding port at a burner inlet, wherein these are connected by the flue in the gas collecting pipe(40); and an ejecting pipe(50) equipped with a compressed air ejecting port(52) installed adjacently to a discharging nozzle(28), and discharging the metallic powder as ejecting the covered metallic powder flown out from the discharging nozzle(28) toward a covered metallic powder discharging port(16) for cooling the metallic powder.

    • PURPOSE: Aluminium sulfate which used as a curing agent of amorphous spray refractory is in the form of plate-like shape, and, thereby, found to have generally a large quantity of water therein. Due to this reason, grinding aluminium sulfate to its less size is typically difficult. To solve this problem, a method of pulverizing aluminium sulfate is provided to produce the particulate aluminium sulfate of 0.075mm or less size. CONSTITUTION: A method is characterized by performing mixing 8 to 50 wt% of the granular aluminium sulfate and 50 to 92 wt% of one or more of other pulverized components. The other grinded components are selected from a group of particulate silica, calcium carbonate, refractory clay and alumina. Further, the other components may be selected due to their usability as a source or an additive of spray refractory and their absence of agglomerating it with water in air.
