    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing PSC girders with PSC tendons linearly arranged in a multistage manner is provided to facilitate the installation of PSC tendons and save PSC girder manufacturing costs, since the PSC tendons are linearly arranged throughout the entire length of the PSC girder. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing PSC girders with PSC tendons linearly arranged in a multistage manner comprises following steps. A part(210) of PSC(Pre-Stressed Concrete) tendon is linearly arranged through a central section(L2). Both ends of the PSC tendon are tensed and mounted on a first mounted end portion(510) projected to the top of a lower flange. Other parts(220,230) of the PSC tendon are linearly arranged through first and second end sections(L3,L4). Both ends of the PSC tendon are tensed and mounted on second and third mounted end portions(520,530) projected to the top of the lower flange. One end of the rest end side tendon of the PSC tendon is drawn out to the top of the lower flange from a fourth mounted end portion projected between the first and second mounted end portions. The other end of the rest end side tendon is placed on a web member of the end surface of the PSC girder in a curve shape.
