The separate type cover mounting portion comprises a support plate(220) connected to the edge of a separating projection(210) to be mounted on the opened upper part of the water collecting basin to be movable and a mounting guide(230) projected to the upper edge of the support plate to mount a grating cover(20) without being separated, and the surface water intermediate moving device comprises guide rails(110) connected and fixed to an external wall of the water collecting basin to be connected after adjusting the height when the height of the intermediate connecting pipe buried and connected with the sewage treatment facilities is different from the height of the outlet of the water collecting basin mounted on an appointed space of a road surface, a hole(120) for a flow passage formed between the guide rails to let surface water flew inward from a road surface flow in the outlet, and a movable plate(130) connected with an outlet(140) and inserted between the guide rails to slide and to adjust the height difference between the outlet and the intermediate connecting pipe connected with the sewage treatment facilities.
