CONSTITUTION: A crack and cross-section repair and reinforcement method for a concrete structure comprises the steps of: removing surrounding foreign materials from a concrete surface crack, measuring the depth of the crack and the thickness of coating using an ultrasonic probe(100a,100b,200a,200b) to estimate a crack damage, boring injection holes at regular intervals along the crack, injecting encapsulant through the injection holes, coating a primary finishing material in the crack and curing the primary finishing material, and coating a secondary finishing material. The ultrasonic probe comprises a probe body(4), a piezoelectric element, a backing block, an inner fixing socket, an inner fixing ring, and an outer fixing ring(10).
