摘要： PURPOSE: A blister packing machine is provided to reduce waste and pollution by forming an injection unit and a driving unit individually, and to increase the productivity by operating at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A blister packing machine is composed of a PVC(polyvinyl chloride) uncoiler(10) winding film(P) for packing products; a motor(M) unwinding film forcibly; a dancing roller(12) and plural rollers(13) keeping tension of film; a forming unit(20) having a preheater(22) and a first draw-off(24) for forming products through a mold; a direction change roller(25) processing by turning film at 180 angular degrees; an article input unit putting products in the film formed by the forming unit; a control box(40) installing a touch panel arranged in the middle of the machine; a sealing unit(50) sealing by an aluminum cover in putting articles; and a cutting unit(60) cutting articles according to the standard. Pollution and waste are reduced with forming the injection unit and the driving unit individually.
