    • PURPOSE: A regenerative cell extraction system can improve the efficiency of the process since when transferring certain material, only connection line connected to part transferred is opened and all other lines are closed. CONSTITUTION: A regenerative cell extraction system (1000) comprises: a subcontainer rotating by external turning force, wherein space able to contain or separate tissues is formed; a first unit including an access tube of a hollow type inserted into the subcontainer to place one end of which at the lower part of the subcontainer; a main container rotating by external turning force, wherein a container in which the separation object is contained is formed; a second unit including a first discharge tube of a hollow type inserted into the main container to place one end of which at the lower part of the main container and the another end on the exterior of the main container; a main transfer line (310) connecting the access tube of the first unit with the first discharge tube of the second unit; a plurality of connection lines (321~326) separated from the main transfer line, each end being connected a storage bag; an air inlet line (330) separated from the main transfer line between the first unit and the plurality of connection lines, an air filter being equipped on one end, filtering and entering external air; a transfer unit including a plurality of valves installed on each of the connection line and the air inlet line; and a plurality of pumps installed on the main transfer line, transferring the fluid in the main transfer line by pressurizing.

    • PURPOSE: A peristatic pump is provided to use tubes of various thicknesses using a movable pressurizing member and a spring, and to transfer fluids by efficiently pressurizing the tubes. CONSTITUTION: A peristatic pump(900) comprises a base member, a rotation unit, a moving member, a pressurizing member, and a spring. The rotation unit comprises: a rotation plate which is rotationally mounted on one side of the base member; a plurality of pressurizing roller which is mounted separately on the rotation plate along the columnar direction of the rotation plate; and a motor which rotates the rotation plate. The moving member is mounted on the base member to enable reciprocation and is fixed at a predetermined site. The pressurizing member is mounted on the moving member to enable reciprocation, and pressurizes an elastic tube to the pressurizing roller by forming a circular arc-shaped pressing side on the end portion of one side. The spring is supported between the moving member and the pressurizing member and elastically pressurizes the pressurizing member.

    • Disclosed is a regenerative cell extracting system. The regenerative cell extracting system comprises: a regenerative cell separating device which is rotated by receiving rotary power from the outside in order to separate a tissue; and a regenerative cell extracting device for extracting a regenerative cell through a secondary centrifugation by receiving a separated object which is discharged by being separated from the regenerative cell separating device. Especially, the regenerative cell extracting device has: a main container which forms an accommodating unit which accommodates a separation object; and a hollow access tube which is inserted into the main container. The present invention smoothly guarantees the tightness and relative rotation of the devices for separating and extracting a regenerative cell and also easily solves a problem of a heat generation which is caused by a contact rotation by using a compressible sealing member, a first friction reduction member, and a second friction reduction member which are formed in a ring shape and relatively rotate by a mutual contact. Multiple protruding accommodation units, which are formed to be convex to the outside in a radial direction around the rotary shaft of the regenerative cell extracting device in order to accommodate relatively heavy separated objects among separated objects which are separated from a separation object, is formed in a wave shape which continuously and alternatively arranges a convex part and a concave part in the outer circumference surface of the main container by being continuously arranged in the outer circumference of the main container.
