An electric cable tray of an apartment house includes a ceiling fixing plate(1), an angle control part(2) and a lower rotating part. The ceiling fixing plate is fixed to a ceiling through an anchor bolt(12). The angle control part is connected to a lower part of the ceiling fixing plate through an angle adjustment unit(3). The lower rotating part is connected to the lower part of the angle control unit through a rotating unit(5). A cable passes through the lower rotating part. The angle control part includes a upper plate(21), a lower plate(22) and a nut(222). The upper plate and the lower plate are closely fixed to each other by the nut. The lower rotating part consists of an upper body(41) and a lower body(42). A plurality of wire insertion grooves(44) has a semicircular shape and is formed at a lower part of the upper body. The lower body is closely attached to a lower part of the upper body through a connection part(43). The wire insertion grooves having a semicircular shape are formed at an upper part of the lower body.

A wall protection device for an underground parking lot in an apartment house comprises an upper case(10) formed with a box(17), a front panel, a flange(16), plural through-holes; a plurality of active carbon installed in the box to clean indoor air; a motor mounted between a rear panel and the box, driven by a switch installed at the lower part of a rear panel; a screen(40) rotated by an endless track operated by a series of gears(32) connected with the motor, and first and second rods(34); a washing tank filled the inside with detergent to spread detergent on the surface of the screen by a rod rotated by the friction force with the screen according as the screen descends, and installed at the lower part of the back; a lower case containing water to wash the surface of the screen according as the screen spread with detergent submerges inside and lifts; a first opposition unit installed at the front of the inside of the lower case to remove bubbles and foreign materials with plural brushes according as the screen washed by water lifts; and a second opposition unit provided with non-woven fabric adhering to both sides of the screen, and installed at the upper part of the first opposition unit to remove moisture according as the screen lifts.
