    • The invention provides a synthetic method of kaolinite clay. Natural siliceous clay containing over 50% by weight of silica and gibbsite or alumina is used for the starting materials of silica and alumina, respectively, followed by conventional steps to be mixed. After reacted hydrothermally at a relatively low temperature from 120 to 300 C under a high pressure vessel, the mixture becomes kaolinite clay. When a acidic mineralizer like HCl, HNO3 or oxalate is added during hydrothermal reaction, the high purity of kaolinite clay can be yield edhighly.

    • The invention provides a process of manufacturing synthetic clay. Colloidal silica and alumina sol are used to make gel whose Al/Si atomic rate is 1 : 1, then the gel is followed by calcinated for 8 hrs and pulverized. After the pulverized amorphous alumino-silicate is reacted at a temperature of 120-400 C and pH 0.5-2 under sealed high-pressure vessel, it becomes synthetic clay. If over 20% by weight of kaolinite seeds or organic acids is added after pulverization, the better kaolinite can be yielded highly.
