    • PURPOSE: A method for interlocking an SVC(Switched Virtual Circuit) and PVC(Permanent Virtual Circuit) service call in a data switch is provided to remove the load of a specific service subscription or an additional installation of an SVC terminal by processing an SVC service and PVC service interlocking function in the data switch. CONSTITUTION: An SVC subscriber matching unit performs a layer 2 control of a call setting message, certifies a state and an error of a layer 3, and transmits a service element to a data call to a main control unit(S511). The main control unit certifies a received message, and certifies use right to an SVC subscriber terminal and requested service item(S512). If it is judged as a subscriber state to be impossible to receive a data service or a subscriber who is not registered in a service, the SVC subscriber terminal, the SVC subscriber matching unit, and the main control are mutually interlocked for releasing the data call and notifying that a termination call is released to a data process unit, and resources associated with the call is recovered(S513,S523,S585). In case that the call is a call which is not terminated to a PVC subscriber, the main control unit processes an SVC termination call(S515,S540). In case that the call is a call which is terminated to a PVC subscriber, the main control unit assigns logic channel information which is not on a previously connected PVC path or a logical channel for a specific SVC connection(S515-S517). The main control unit generates a message for informing that the call process progresses through SVC subscriber matching unit to transmit the message to the SVC terminal, assigns a new link of the SVC data process unit, notifies intrinsic value information for indicating an object data processor, and transmits a range of the logical channel interlocked with a PVC and data through a common bus to the SVC data processing unit(S517-S519,S581,S591). The main control unit transmits a connection message for informing that a termination side and an origination side are connected to the SVC subscriber terminal(S520).

    • PURPOSE: The method for switching a packet communication path in a full electronic exchange, is provided to release a switch resource pre-occupied in pre-allocated packet processing blocks to be restored for reuse, and to directly connect a subscriber interface block with a newly allocated packet processing block through a time-space switch. So that the waste of the packet processing blocks and the time switch resource can be efficiently controlled. CONSTITUTION: If a packet originating call is received from an originating terminal, one of packet processing blocks and more than one internet interface block is allocated as a packet processor, according to a service registration priority of an originating subscriber. A subscriber interface block and the packet process are connected through a time-space switch, and the switch and a subscriber channel are opened to set up a packet route. If a call request packet is received from the originating terminal, an incoming number is translated, and whether the translated incoming number is capable of being processed in the packet processor is checked. If so, a packet call between the originating terminal and a targeted incoming terminal is set up through the packet processor, and if not, another packet processor is newly allocated. The time-space switch connected between the subscriber interface block and the allocated packet processor is released, and restored for reuse. The subscriber interface block and the newly allocated packet processor are connected through the time-space switch, to set up a new packet route. Call progress state information and a call request protocol occupied by the allocated packet processor is transferred to the newly allocated packet processor.
