    • PURPOSE: A piston of a pump for a brake system and the pump for the brake system are provided to improve productivity and reduce production costs by forming the piston with a press method and simplifying the composition and the manufacturing processes of the piston. CONSTITUTION: A piston (120) of a pump for a brake system is formed with a press method and includes a suction fluid path (121). The suction fluid path is connected to an inlet port, to which oil is supplied, and is penetrated in a longitudinal direction of the piston. The suction fluid path is formed with a piercing method using a press method. The pump for the brake system includes the piston, an inlet valve, a valve seat, an outlet valve, and a cap. The piston is installed in a bore of a modulator block to be able to reciprocate. The inlet valve opens and closes an outlet of the suction fluid path by being installed in the outlet of the suction fluid path of the piston. The valve seat divides the bore into a pressure chamber and a discharge chamber by being installed in the bore. The outlet valve opens and closes an orifice of the valve seat by being installed in the discharge chamber. The cap supports the outlet valve.
