    • The purpose of the present invention is to remove the hydrophilic group of a conductive emulsifier having a hydrophilic group and form a hydrophobic group through reaction with another alcoholic polymer. The present invention is able to maintain intrinsic electrical properties of a conductive emulsifier or conductive material while having excellent water resistance by inducing chemical bonds due to copolymerization without physical bonds due to a binder which is a non-conductor. Accordingly, the present invention provides a graft copolymer having electrical conductivity capable of application as a conductive material by producing dehydrocondensation between the alcoholic polymer and conductive emulsifier, a graft copolymer between the alcoholic polymer and conductive emulsifier having properties that intrinsic physical properties such as conductivity are not changed when being dipped in a polar solvent or being neglected in atmosphere for a long time, and a manufacturing method thereof.
