    • PURPOSE: A continuous forming apparatus and method for construction panels are provided to ensure simple manufacture of a construction panel in which a molding film is inserted in an SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) sheet and the laminate is pressed and drawn out. CONSTITUTION: A continuous forming apparatus for construction panels comprises a feed unit(20), a conveyor unit(30), a coating fiber feed unit(40), a pressing roller unit(60), and a forming roller unit(70). The feed unit transfers a raw film(10). The conveyor unit comprises a coating box(53) in which liquid thermosetting resin is spread on the raw film delivered from the feed unit. The coating fiber feed unit spreads fiber for solidity on the raw film delivered from the conveyor unit. The pressing roller unit compresses a processing film(100) drawn out from the coating fiber feed unit. The forming roller unit is installed on the horizontal line of the pressing roller unit and heat-presses the processing film drawn out from the pressing roller unit into a predetermined shape.

The outer cover material, the frame, the foam core, and the inner cover material are secondly formed through oven forming. The vehicle body which is secondly formed is removed from a mold.

    • 본 발명은 섬유강화 플라스틱을 수지 이송 성형하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 수지 이송 성형을 함에 있어서 피성형체 중 일부에 전원을 공급하여 가열을 하거나, 또는 성형장치를 가열함으로써 섬유강화 플라스틱의 성형 시간을 단축할 수 있도록 하는 수지 이송 성형방법과 그 성형장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 피성형체 자체가 성형 공정시에 승온되도록 하여, 초기 주입되는 수지의 온도를 강제로 상승시키고, 반응 속도를 향상시켜 경화 시간을 약 15분 이상 단축시키는 효과를 갖는다. 또한 본 발명은 경화 시간의 단축을 위해 성형틀 표면으로 부터 10mm 부근에 발열체를 삽입함으로써, 수지 주입 완료 후 금형의 온도를 상승시킴은 물론, 외부로의 열전달을 차단하여, 승온 시간이 짧아지고, 경화 시간이 약 15분 이상 단축되는 효과를 갖는다. 또한 본 발명은 상기와 같은 방법을 중복적으로 적용하는 경우에는, 총 30분 이상의 경화 시간을 단축시켜 제품의 생산량을 2배 가까이 늘릴 수 있도록 함으로써, 대량 생산이 가능한 수지 주입 성형장치를 제공하는 효과를 갖는다.
