CONSTITUTION: A coolant and air blowing washing device for an engine cylinder block of a car comprises a coolant washing device and an air blower. The air blower comprises first and second air blow nozzles(41,42) and a second horizontal transfer device(44). The first and second air blow nozzles are approached to the cylinder block by the operation of the second horizontal transfer device to simultaneously spray air in several directions. Coolant left in the cylinder block is removed by the sprayed air. If the coolant is completely removed, the first and second air blow nozzles are moved backward from the cylinder block by the operation of the second horizontal transfer device. When a door(11) is closed again, a tilting device and a tilting motor are operated to rotate a tilting rotary shaft(21). When a tilting device gate of a barrier(14) is closed by a jig base(25), the coolant is sprayed from the coolant washing device to wash a product fixing jig(26).

The inspection unit includes plural first and second inspection gauges(41,42) and first and second inspection units(50,60).
