The adhering resin having water solubility is selected from the group containing melamine type, polyacryl type, polyurethane type, polyamide type and acryl styrene type resins.

By applying UV blocking microcapsules for increasing durability against sunlight, the method can be used for various fields including accessories, clothes, outdoor shoes, bags, and interior built-in materials for vehicle.
