    • PURPOSE: An ultra strength concrete composition for centrifugal-casting PHC pile is provided to increase strength of the PHC pile, thereby reducing pile damage rate. CONSTITUTION: An ultra strength concrete composition for centrifugal-casting PHC pile comprises unit content in concrete of 120-150kg/m^3, unit combination material amount of 450-650kg/m^3,, fine aggregate content of 450-650kg/m^3, and unit coarse aggregate content of 1,100-1, 350kg/m^3. The binding material additionally includes 0.8-2.0 wt% of chemistry blending material which is polycarboxylate based superplasticizer based on the binding material. The maximum size of the coarse aggregate is 16-25 mm. Among the binding materials, 1-50 wt% of the high strength compound composition is replaced and added based on 100wt% of cement. The admixture is composed of 45-99 wt% of slag and 1-55 wt% of anhydrous gypsum. The cement is three species blister steel Portland cement.
