    • PURPOSE: A laminated rubber foam insulator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to apply acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)-synthetic rubber having an excellent heat-shield property to inside the insulator in order to improve an insulating property and to apply ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)-synthetic rubber to outside the insulator in order to prevent aging due to ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a laminated rubber foam insulator includes: a step(a) of mixing 20 to 40 wt% of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR), 1 to 5 wt% of isobutylene isoprene rubber, 10 to 30 wt% of polyvinyl chloride(PVC), 10 to 30 wt% of a filling agent, 0.1 to 2 wt% of an antioxidant, 5 to 15 wt% of a lubricant, and 5 to 15 wt% of a flame retardant, and manufacturing and maturing a first master arrangement composite; a step(b) of mixing 20 to 40 wt% of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM), 1 to 5 wt% of isobutylene isoprene rubber, 10 to 30 wt% of the filling agent, 0.1 to 2 wt% of the antioxidant, 5 to 15 wt% of the lubricant, and 5 to 15 wt% of the flame retardant, and manufacturing and maturing a second master arrangement composite; a step(c) of adding 0.1 to 1 wt% of sulfur, 0.1 to 5 wt% of a vulcanization accelerator, and 5 to 15 wt% of a foaming agent to the matured first master arrangement composite, and then inserting the first master arrangement composite into an extruder; a step(d) of adding 0.5 to 1 wt% of sulfur, 1 to 5 wt% of the vulcanization accelerator, and 5 to 15 wt% of the foaming agent to the second master arrangement composite, and inserting the second master arrangement composite to another extruder; a step(e) of coextruding and laminating extruded products from the extruders in the step(c) and the step(d) using one die; and a step(f) of foaming the laminated products.

    • PURPOSE: A method for reducing indoor air contaminants is provided to prevent the contaminants from being reattached by discharging the indoor contaminants using a ventilator intermittently after bake-out and to reduce electricity consumption. CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing indoor air contaminants comprises the following steps: a step of installing a ventilator(10) in a window(100) opened between the inside and the outside; a step of performing bake-out by heating the indoor air at a predetermined temperature; and a step of discharging the indoor contaminants to the outside by installing a controller(20) in the ventilator and intermittently operating the ventilator. The ventilator is temporarily installed and is removed after discharging the contaminants. Downtime of the ventilation is controlled to become two or four times longer than operation time by the controller.
