    • PURPOSE: A mould for compensating head width of dummy bar is provided to compensate side surface of dummy bar head by installing slider type subsidiary side at both sides of the lower mold part and adjust one dummy bar head to all sizes of casting width by determining slab width using width variable motor of the short side. CONSTITUTION: The mould for compensating head width of dummy bar comprises a mold long side(1-1) on the lower part of which a support(3-1) is formed to support the slider type subsidiary side(3); a slider type subsidiary side(3) which is slid with being rested on the support of the mold long side(1-1), and at the lower side of which a gear teeth surface(3-4) is formed; a mold short side(1) slidingly moved on the upper surface of the slider type subsidiary side(3); a driving motor(3-2) to which a driving gear(3-4) is connected with the driving gear(3-4) being engaged with the gear teeth surface(3-4) formed in the lower part of the slider type subsidiary side(3) to move the slider type subsidiary side(3); and a width variable motor(1-3) for driving a clutch(1-2) connected to a screw rod fixed to the mold short side(1), wherein the slider type subsidiary side(3) is formed of a metallic material having a high thermal conductivity and cooled by cooling water, and wherein the driving motor(3-2) is connected to a distance measuring device(3-5) for calculating the number of revolution of the driving gear(3-4) into a distance value.

    • 본 발명은 연주 주조작업에서 생산되는 슬라브(5)의 폭에 따라서 더미바 헤드의 폭을 조정하지않고 몰드에서 폭을 보정,조정해주는 장치에 관한 것으로,
      본 발명의 주요 목적은 주조작업을 마친 후 더미바 헤드를 매 주조 작업마다 교환하지 않고 한 개의 더비바 헤드(2)로 슬라브(5) 폭에 따라 자유롭게 몰드 하부에 설치된 주조초기 슬라브폭 보정장치(3도참고)를 이용하여 효과적으로 주조폭을 조정하기 위함이며 크게 몰드 단변측 하부에 설치된 냉각수가 통수되는 폭 보정 몸체(3), 폭 조정 모터(3-2), 폭 조정장치의 기어(3-4), 폭 거리측정장치(3-5), 냉각수 입출측 온도 측정 장치(3-3A,B)로 조합되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가변형 더미바 헤드폭 보정형 몰드에 관한것이다.
      따라서 본 발명에 의하면 보다 빠르고 안전하고 효과적으로 가변형 몰드 주조초기 슬라브 폭 조정장치를 이용하여 문제점을 해소함은 물론 작업자의 부하를 경감시키고 매 주조작업 마다 생산 폭별로 더미바 헤드를 준비해야 되는 불편함을 없애 생산 작업 준비시간을 단축시키는 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A method for controlling replacement time point of tundish for continuous casting is provided to increase productivity and minimize facility disorder due to breakout by reducing working load and controlling drawing of casting slab in mold at an accurate position, thereby preventing casting stop due to excessive drop of the casting slab. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises first process of crossing tundish SN and judging whether level of mold is 100 mm or less or not through mold level gauge if push button for tundish replacement is operated; second process of judging again whether level of the mold is 150 mm or less or not after decreasing casting speed from 0.5 m/min to 0.3 m/min if level of the mold is 100 mm or less in the first process; third process of stopping pinch roll after 30 sec if level of the mold is 150 mm or less in the second process, and opening ladle; fourth process of moving the preheated tundish to a casting position so that the tundish is stayed ready for casting after sufficiently preheating tundish stood by at the same time when performing the first and second processes; fifth process of filling molten steel in the tundish by initially opening SN of tundish prepared through the third and fourth processes, and subsequently starting the pinch roll when level of the mold reaches a set level value so that casting is started.
    • 目的:提供一种控制连续铸造中间包更换时间点的方法,以提高生产效率,通过减少工作负荷并控制模具中铸造板坯在精确位置的拉拔,从而最大限度地减少设备无序,从而防止铸件过度停止 一滴铸造板。 构成:该方法包括第一道中间包SN的过程,并且如果操作中间包更换的按钮,则通过模具液位计判断模具的水平是否为100mm以下。 如果在第一工序中模具的水平为100mm以下,则再次判断模具的水平度是否在0.5m / min至0.3m / min之间将浇铸速度降低到0.3m / min之后是否为150mm以下。 在第二工序中,如果模具的水平度为150mm以下,则在30秒后停止夹送辊的第三工序,以及开口钢包; 将预热的中间包移动到铸造位置的第四过程,使得在执行第一和第二过程的同时,中间包在充分预热中间包之后保持准备好进行浇铸准备; 通过首先打开通过第三和第四过程制备的中间包的SN,然后在模具的水平达到设定水平值时启动夹送辊,从而开始铸造,从而在中间包中填充钢水的第五个过程。
