    • PURPOSE: A method for controlling a flash butt welding process of an electric steel is provided to improve welding quality of the electric steel by preventing oxides from being formed on a welding plane of a welding stuff. CONSTITUTION: Voltages of a free flash and a main flash are constantly maintained so as to prevent oxides from being formed on a welding plane of a welding stuff, thereby improving welding quality of the welding stuff. By controlling voltages according to an electric steel flash butt welding process, welding voltages are identically formed in the main flash and the free flash. That is, the welding voltages are constantly maintained when performing a main flash step and a free flash step according to a control method for an electric steel flash butt welding process.
    • 目的:提供一种用于控制电动钢板的闪光对接焊工艺的方法,以通过防止在焊接材料的焊接平面上形成氧化物来改善电工钢的焊接质量。 构成:不断地保持自由闪光灯和主闪光体的电压,以防止在焊接材料的焊接平面上形成氧化物,从而提高焊接材料的焊接质量。 通过根据电动钢丝灯对接焊接工艺控制电压,焊接电压在主闪光灯和自由闪光灯中相同地形成。 也就是说,根据用于电动钢丝闪光对接焊接工艺的控制方法,执行主闪光步骤和自由闪光步骤时,焊接电压恒定地保持。

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for detecting ladle slag are provided to prevent damage of a slag detecting sensor, effectively control the slag detecting sensor and reduce maintenance costs thereof by installing the slag detecting sensor at the outer part of the ladle. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for detecting slag in molten steel flown out into a Tundish from a ladle, the ladle slag detecting apparatus comprises a detecting sensor (20) which is closely adhered to one side of the upper part of a long nozzle part (11) and the lower part of a fork arm ring (12), and comprises a transmission coil, a receiving coil, a sensor housing carrying the transmission and receiving coils, and an outer housing surrounding the sensor housing; and a slag detecting circuit connected to the transmission and receiving coils of the detecting sensor (20) through a signal wire. In a method for detecting ladle slag using the ladle slag detecting apparatus, the ladle slag detecting method comprises the processes of closely adhering a detecting sensor (20) to which a slag detecting circuit is connected through a signal wire to one side of the upper part of a long nozzle part (11) and the lower part of a fork arm ring (12); and detecting ladle slag by impressing an alternating current to a transmission coil installed at one side of the long nozzle part (11) so as to form a magnetic field, and measuring change of output voltage guided to a receiving coil by the magnetic field formed at the long nozzle part (11) according to properties of a material passing through the long nozzle part (11).

CONSTITUTION: In a slag detecting sensor of a ladle facility for steelmaking, the durability improved slag detecting sensor comprises an empty space formed at the upper part of a sensor housing (13) carrying a transmission coil (11) and a receiving coil (12) separately from a space where the transmission coil (11) and the receiving coil (12) are positioned; and an other empty space formed on the upper part of the sensor housing (13) by forming one side surface of the upper part of the sensor housing (13) concave toward the inside thereof, wherein the outer part of the sensor housing (13) is covered with an outer housing (15) having a superior heat conductivity.
