    • PURPOSE: An agent for controlling leaked crude oil is provided to prevent the spreading of leaked crude oil, and to facilitate the collecting thereof. CONSTITUTION: An agent for controlling leaked crude oil comprises 87 weight% or more of CaO, 1-10 weight% of MgO, 0.1-3 weight% of alkali metal oxide, and the residue of inevitable impurities. The agent for controlling leaked crude oil has powder shape. The particle size of the powder is 5-50 micron. The manufacturing method of the agent for controlling leaked crude oil comprises: a step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing CaO, MgO and an alkali metal oxide; a step of heat-treating of high temperature at 1000-1700 °C for 1-4 hours; and a step of obtaining powder by shattering the outcome.

    • PURPOSE: A painting board with excellent durability is provided to improve binding power between a metal material and a resin layer by forming an intermediate layer on the metal material so that the binding power between paints and a material can be enhanced to improve preservability, weather resistance, and deformability of paints. CONSTITUTION: A painting board with excellent durability includes: a metal material; an intermediate layer which is formed on the metal material; and a resin layer which is formed on the surface of the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer is formed with a metallic bonding gradient and at least one or two kinds of chemical bonding gradients among a covalent bonding, an ionic bonding, a Van Der Waals bonding, and a hydrogen bonding. The thickness of the intermediate layer is 1-200 micrometers. The intermediate layer comprises at least one or two coating layers.
