CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically cooling a red-heat sample comprises a base frame(100) forming a groove(140) to the top center; sample transfer guides(110) disposed across the groove of the base frame; a transfer cylinder(200) fixed to a side of the base frame, to transfer the red-heat sample along the sample transfer guides; a sample cover(400) connected to an ascending and descending cylinder(410) fixed to the base frame, to selectively seal up the groove; a drier disposed toward the red-heat sample inside the sample cover; a sample-seating bed(300) forming coolant injection holes to the top; a coolant supply pipe(320) connected to the sample-seating bed, to supply a coolant through pressure control; and an air supply pipe connected to the drier, to supply air through pressure control.

    • PURPOSE: A capillary viscometer cleaner is provided to clean various kinds of viscometers by adjusting an interval of an inlet and an outlet in the viscometer. CONSTITUTION: A main body case has a certain internal space. A solvent tank(10) stores by arranging in the internal space and filling a certain amount of solvent. A solvent heater(15) vaporizes the solvent by offering heat source inside the solvent tank. A distribution pipe(20) has at least one inlet adaptors(21) to be connected with a viscometer. Solvent steam inside the solvent tank is flowed into the distribution pipe through a vacuum discharge line. A cooler(30) has at least one outlet adaptors to be connected with the discharged portion of the solvent steam. The cooler condenses the solvent steam. A return tank(40) stores the condensed solvent temporarily and connected with the solvent tank through solvent return lines(14,42). An air heater(50) heats air of an air supply line to dry the cleaned viscometer by supplying hot air into the distribution pipe. A controller controls the operating time of the solvent heater and the air heater and controls the opening/closing time of valve members(54) in the vacuum supply line, the solvent return lines and the air supply line. Thereby, the cleaning efficiency is increased and the washing cost is reduced.
