이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 과압연부하의 제거를 통해 피치(pitch)형 스케일(scale)을 저감시킴으로써 생산성이 향상되는 개선된 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: The side guide apparatus operated correspondingly to slab inclination comprises a measuring part comprising a pair of first and second distance measuring sensors(102,104) and third and fourth distance measuring sensors(202,204) installed at both sides of a roller table(16) for transferring an extracted slab(10) with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance so that the first and second distance measuring sensors and the third and fourth distance measuring sensors detect the inclined state of the slab; a side guide apparatus part for controlling the side guide plates so that the side guide plates are inclined correspondingly to the slab by straightly moving and rotating side guide plates using signals transmitted from the measuring part; a data processor(300) electrically connected to the measuring part so that the data processor calculates an inclination degree of the slab by a determined mathematical expression; and a process computer(400) connected to the data processor to control straight line motion and rotational motion of the side guide apparatus part by receiving control signals of rough rolling operation room.
