    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ferronikel is provided to manufacture good aluminum by including 6~15% of nickel by weight in the ferronikel, and to reduce energy costs by manufacturing the ferronikel with a preliminary reduction process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ferronikel comprises the following steps: changing granulated powder among high-grade over standard particle size into plasticized calcine in a rotary kiln; producing first preliminary ferronikel by dissolving the plasticized calcine in a submerged arc furnace; preliminarily reducing a products in a rotary type reducing furnace; and manufacturing second preliminary ferronikel by dissolving the preliminary reduced products in the submerged arc furnace.
    • 目的:提供铁镍铁的制造方法,通过在铁镍钴中含有6〜15重量%的镍,制造好的铝,并通过初步还原工艺制造铁镍钴来降低能源成本。 构成:铁镍钴合金的制造方法包括以下步骤:将高品位超过标准粒度的造粒粉末转变成回转窑中的塑化煅烧物; 通过将塑化的煅烧物溶解在浸没的电弧炉中来生产第一个初步的铁镍钴合金; 初步减少旋转式还原炉中的产品; 并通过将初步还原产物溶解在埋弧炉中制造第二初步铁镍钴合金。
