摘要： PURPOSE: A device for testing the adhesion of an insulation-coating layer of a steel sheet is provided to omit a repeated processes for confirming adhesion by bending the surface of a testing piece at various radius curvature at one go, thereby performing a test in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing the adhesion of an insulation-coating layer of a steel sheet comprises a lower die(10), an upper die(12), recessed portions(20), protruded portions(22), and a driving unit. The upper die is arranged above the lower die and faces the lower die. A testing piece is interposed between the upper and the lower die. The recessed portions are formed in the lower die and bend the testing piece. The protruded portions are formed in the upper die and engaged with the recessed portions by being formed into a form corresponding to the recessed portions. The driving unit is installed in the upper die, thereby pressing the upper die onto the lower die.
