    • The present invention is a facility for manufacturing coke comprising an oven carbonizing coal; a device for producing tar pitch oil, which collects gas generated when carbonizing coal from the oven and producing tar pitch oil; a mixer for the tar pitch oil and coal; and a device for supplying tar pitch oil, which is installed to connect the device for producing tar pitch oil with the mixer for supplying tar pitch oil to the mixer. Therefore, according to the configuration of the present invention, the naphthalene contained in a coke oven gas can be reduced in comparison with the conventional one by using tar pitch oil rather than tar used for coke manufacturing as an additive. Thus, in operating equipment that uses coke oven gas as a heat source, the problem of clogged pipes can be prevented since the naphthalene is extracted inside a pipe that receives the coke oven gas in the same manner as the conventional one.     • PURPOSE: An adhered material removing device and method in a cooler for GOG(Coke Oven Gas) treatment is provided to prevent tar condensate from adhering to the condensate outlet of a cooler for a COG treatment. CONSTITUTION: An adhered material removing device in a cooler for GOG treatment comprises an adhered material removing material supply unit(50) and a removing material supply control unit. The adhered material removing material supply unit is connected a cooler to discharge adhered materials to the outside. The supply control unit is interlocked with the adhered material removing material supply unit. A supply control is provided as an emulsion contained with gas liquor and tar which are generated in decant from a COG treatment line. The adhered material removing material supply unit is supplied to an emulsion supply line linked in between the cooler and decant.

    • The present invention relates to a coke manufacturing facility that produces coke by carbonizing coking coal, including a coke oven that carbonizes the coking coal; a distillation tower that distillates tar so as to remove naphthalene contained in the tar; and a mixer that mixes an additive from which the naphthalene is removed with the coking coal. According to embodiments of the present invention, the naphthalene is removed from the tar through the distillation of the tar, and thus the problem of facility clogging caused by the naphthalene can be prevented. In other words, the problem of naphthalene extracted to block piping or valves in a facility using COG as a heat source does not occur.
