The relation is so determined as to increase the rate at which the decoded lag parameter value of when a bit error occurs in the code deviates to approximately an integral multiple (including one time) or an integral submultiple of the decoded lag parameter value of when no bit error occurs. As a result, the auditory degradation of quality of decoded sound is suppressed even when the code has a bit error.

    • PURPOSE: A preventing apparatus of a shaft of a girder motor for a crane is provided to extend life of a girder motor and to reduce cost of repairing by absorbing shock with an interaction of a large bundle, a small bundle and a buffer spring during a process of starting and stopping of the crane. CONSTITUTION: A preventing apparatus of a shaft of a girder motor for a crane has a body of an intermediate gear divided into a large bundle and a small bundle. The large bundle receives rotational force of the girder motor through a small gear. The small bundle is accepted to the large bundle and fixed with a nut(21) and a stop ring(22). Therein, the small bundle transmits rotational force to a large gear. An internal hanging sill(30) is formed to both sides of an inner surface of the large bundle. An external hanging sill is formed to both sides of an outer surface of the small bundle. Buffer springs are connected to the internal hanging sill and the external hanging sill to absorb shock for the large and small gear. Therefore, life of the motor is extended and cost of repairing is reduced.

CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically compensating the horizontality of a crane magnet beam is composed of horizontality-sensing devices symmetrically installed in the right and left of magnet beams with centering on a synchronized motor(500) to detect the gradient value of left and right magnet beams respectively by sensing the inclination of magnet beams; an operation device(300) computing the deviation value of the gradient of left and right magnet beams detected by the horizontality-sensing device; a control device(400) forward and reverse-rotating the synchronized motor by applying a control signal to the synchronized motor after receiving the deviation value of the gradient of left and right magnet beams by the operation device and delivering a stop signal to the synchronized motor when a set value is applied; and a balancing weight installed inside the magnet beams and equipped with a roller moving left and right along a roller chain moved by the driving of the synchronized motor to compensate the inclination of the magnet beams by weight with moving left and right by the control of the control unit in the forward and reverse rotation of the synchronized motor.
