The withdrawing section includes a withdrawing table(31) installed in the cooling tank(21), a holder(33) for placing strip thereon, and a withdrawing motor(36). The holder(33) is movable up and down along the withdrawing table(31). A wire rope(34) is connected to the holder(33).
